Membership
If you decide to come and have a go at air gun target shooting the first three attendances are completely free. After this, if you decide you want to go further you will be offered probationary membership which lasts for three months. During this time you pay 1.5 per attendance if you are an adult or 50p if a junior (under 18). This continues once you are a full member of the club. At the end of the probationary period you will be asked if you wish to join as a full member. There are three categories of membership:

Full Adult 40 per year
Full Junior 20 per year
Family 60 per year ( irrespective of number of family members)
Students in full time education and senior citizens 20 per year.

The club is affiliated to the NSRA (National Small Bore Rifle Association, membership number 5401), and to the Yorkshire Small Bore Rifle Association.

You will be encouraged to join the NSRA (National Small Bore Rifle Association) as either an annual or associate member. This will entitle you to shoot in national league competitions and to various other benefits such as public liability insurance and cover for rifles and equipment.

Club membership cards are issued to all members on payment of annual subscriptions.

Experienced shooters who are considering joining the club will not be required to undergo a probationary membership period provided that suitable references have been obtained from the shooter's previous club secretary. This concession may also be offered to FAC holders at the discretion of the club committee.
